The helmet is an original US WW2 front seam helmet thsf has been carefully stripped ,fitted with the quintessential 'C loop' that marks out the M2 helmet .
Finished in Lustertless OD to the correct colour and texture, fitted with correct chin straps of the period.
The liner ,US made , has been fully restored to represent an Inland liner of the period with all the correct feature that identities it as such.
