An original WW2 Westinghouse liner converted to a Parachutists liner.
Finished in ultra flat matt OD shade correct to type. OD#3 Webbing, OD A washers, period correct Head Band and Chin Strap.
Westinghouse took over the production of high pressure para liners in late 1943. They didn't appear in the ETO until after the Normandy campaign, arriving on the heads of replacement troops. This is period correct from August 1944 and particularly operation Market Garden onward. However, slip one of these into any other M1 and it will be correct assuming you have your impression context in good order.
